Beyond the Classroom
Field Trips and Family Days
In addition to our regular school days, we include very special events that make us unique. Field trips are designed to complement our curriculum and enrich learning. Our three family days help us practice new skills and show them to our families.

Field Trips
Family trips to study newts in their habitat. Visiting outdoor sites like Ardenwood Farm and the Sunol train, and a musical journey at "Percussion Discussion" at the Lesher Center. Our field trips reinforce our classroom learning and change each year based on the curriculum. Our small class size helps families connect and build friendships outside of the classroom.
Family Days
Grinding corn and churning butter, then baking cornbread for our Harvest Celebration. Learning grace and courtesy, then inviting someone to our Spring Tea. Brainstorming, building and running a homemade carnival game at the Family Fair. Our students extend their learning in fun and unique ways. These family days take place at our Danville preschool location.
